Orders & Returns
Orders received before 4:00pm Central Time will ship the next business day. If there will be a delay for any reason we will let you know. Please note that as we are on an island, weather and the US Postal Service schedule does impact our shipping times.
We stand behind our products 100%. We make products we want to use ourselves and so if for ay reason you are not satisfied we will accept unused products within 30 days of receipt and replace or refund them 100%. To request a product return please send email to email@example.com or call (715) 747-3090. A customer service representative will assist you with your return.
Please Note the Following
1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
2. To return an item you must request and receive authorization via phoje or email.
3. Returns for damaged or incorrect orders will be replaced at no cost to you.
4. Returns due to dissatisfaction receive a replacement or a 100% refund upon return and inspection of the product(s).
5. You are responsible for return shipping charges except in the case of an incorrect order or damaged item.
6. We cannot accept returns for used items.
