Shipping & Tracking

Madeline Island Candles currently uses the US Postal Service (USPS) to ship orders. All shipping charges represent the USPS rate for your location and the weight of your items plus expenses we incur in packaging your order for safe shipment. Shipping charges are not taxed. We ship packages to all 50 states; see below for expedited and international options.

Expedited Shipping

If you require faster delivery you may select USPS expedited shipping as an option. Please note that this will expedite the shipping once your package is processed but normal processing time is still required (1-2 days).

Shipping Promotions

All customers are offered $5 flat rate shipping and free shipping for orders over $50 to US locations.

Promotions shipments are sent via USPS economy service and so we offer expedited options as well. 

International Shipping

Canadian Orders: All shipments to Canada will be via USPS. You, the customer, will be responsible for all Canadian Customs fees and taxes incurred. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for shipment to arrive, assuming there are no delays at Customs.

International Orders: At present, we ship only within the U.S. and Canada.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order has shipped, we will send you an email to let you know it’s on the way. At that time, you’ll receive a tracking number for either USPS (U.S. Postal Service) or UPS, depending on which carrier was used. You can use this number to track your package online at or UPS allows you to track your shipment en route, but the U.S. Postal Service will only confirm the delivery date and location.
